Where is XXXY Moringa shipped from, and how long will it take to arrive?
Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Delivery takes 3-7 days within Malaysia and up to 14 days for other Asian countries.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Please email us for return instructions; note that shipping fees for free deliveries and credit card or debit card or eWallet charges will be deducted.
Does the price include custom duties, value-added taxes (VAT), Good and Service Tax (GST) and all other government fee in my country?
For countries outside Malaysia, please be aware that customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and other applicable government fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Any such charges, if incurred, will be the responsibility of the receiver. The courier company will contact you to arrange payment before completing the delivery
